 Once
upon a time, this U-shaped yacht turning basin was called
“Shark Island” for its numerous shark sightings. Today
the sightings on the re-named Linda Isle are more likely
to be of the celebrity variety, since this scenic spot
attracts film crews and movie stars. The guard-gated
neighborhood of 106 homes can only be reached from the
water or from Bayside Drive, south of PCH.
